Was very surprised by how big this actually is (had to rearrange my piggys play pen to accommodate it).As others have said ramps attachment is a little fragile but as long as they supported when item is moved for cleaning shouldnt be any problem.All in all great product, concidering ordering another as the piggys love it.

My Guinea pigs love this, sadly both ramps have broken as they are not sturdy enough with constant use, as they are only held by two small screws.

Not overly impressed. The ramps need to be attached which wouldn’t have been a problem if there had been a sufficient lip or ledge to attach them to. Managed to get them on then the first time I picked it up to move it and clean my piggies out, 1 of the ramps broke off. Good solid castle but the ramps are useless. Disappointed considering how much it cost, I wouldn’t waste your money on it.

My guinea pigs love this castle, very well made. Great for keeping them fit and active. It also must taste nice, safe to nibble on.HAHA.

Great product but the ladders/stairs are very flimsy if the product is lifted. One broke after the castle was lifted for only the 2nd time.

Bought it for my chinchillas who love it, great size & the edges are curved so no sharp bits, great product

One of our ramps has broken where it connects to the house, the wood has split as their is a knot in the wood

My Guinea pigs love this. Gives them freedom plus places to hide. Very easy to assemble

Quelle déception en déballant le château commandé pour mes cochons d'inde.En le déballant, je remarque très vite la fissure au niveau de la porte du bas sur environ 25 cm, celle-ci ne pouvant pas avoir été faite pendant le transport; le carton n'est pas abîmé. Le problème vient donc du constructeur.De plus, une des vis des escaliers est défectueuse. On me promettait un produit de qualité exemplaire avec un traitement très soigné. On est loin du compte (prix assez élevé). Je pensais acheter d'autres produits de la marque, je ne le ferai pas. Grande colère !!!

Es ist optisch ein echter Hingucker im Gehege! Wirklich schön gearbeitet, wird von drei meiner vier Schweinchen gerne genutzt.Einen Stern muss ich jedoch abziehen, das Türmchen mit der integrierten Heuraufe hätte ca 5 cm geräumiger sein können, bei etwas ausführlicheren Schweinchen (Kastraten) ragt der Hintern heraus und die Treppe verkommt so zur Köttelrampe.So können die Schweine es sich auch vor der Raufe nicht bequem machen, dazu ist zu wenig Platz.Was man auch noch verbessern könnte wäre der Übergang vom Türmchen zur Aussichtsplattform. Diese ist durch eine Stufe getrennt. Das Schwein kann sich nicht bequem längst mit dem Kopf ins Türmchen hineinlegen und Heu mümmeln, was dem Schwein so weit oben viel Sicherheit geben würde. Bequemlichkeit kommt dort oben leider auch nicht auf.Alles in allem, eine schöne Burg mit etwas Abzügen im Komfortbereich.

Die Meerschweinchen mögen das Haus zwar sehr, aber nur den unteren Bereich. Der obere Bereich ist zu schmal für Sie und die Treppe zu steif, so dass unsere vier nicht draufklettern wollen. Obwohl sich die Kleinen sehr gerne unten verstecken, muss ich leider noch einen Kritikpunkt darüber äußern, dass dort noch ein zusätzliches Fenster oder zusätzlicher Eingang fehlt, damit die Feuchtigkeit entweichen kann. Denn jetzt staut sie sich dort auf und wir müssen jeden zweiten Tag das Häuschen woanders hinstellen, sonst werden die Wände nass. Ansonsten präsentiert es sich sehr hochwertig.
