I was disappointed with this water filter pitcher. First, it is supposed to be glass but is most definitely plastic; second, it is supposed to be an alkaline filter, but when I took the pH it was only barely over 7; third, when I tried to return it, the box was returned back to me saying that the “receiver had moved” and I have not been able to get in touch with Dafi ; fourth, it holds very little water and is an unstable design. I really wanted to like this but for the cost of the pitcher, I was very disappointed.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We purchased the Dafi filter because we want to store our clean drinking water in glass, not plastic.Brita does NOT make a glass pitcher, but their Longlast filter cartridges DO fit in the Dafi pitcher.In fact, the Brita Longlast filter cartridges work even better in the Dafi pitcher than in the Brita pitchers. The Dafi pitcher design has more clearance around the bottom of the filter cartridge, which is where the drains are in the Brita Longlast filters.Brita filters flow even faster in the Dafi pitcher than they do in their own branded pitchers.The Dafi pitcher construction is lightweight and made with thin glass. It feels like the quality glass used in chemistry equipment.

The best water filter!! I have a water measurement device, and made my test on my tap water. The PH is great - went actually over 9.11, but the best change is in ORP, it went up to -337. Which means it’s alive water. Now after 2 months of drinking the filtered water I can’t even drink the bottled water anymore, no matter how expensive is that water a 1$ or 5$ per bottle - it’s all dead water with positive ORP like +200. I hope my review will be helpful. I’m very happy with this filter.

I really wanted to love this but the design is very wide at the top and narrow at the bottom... it falls over very easily and after three weeks smashed on the floor ... since it is very lightweight glass it went everywhere. The design should be more stable ... it was too expensive to break that easily.

This pitcher is made from thin, tempered, probably durable glass. A huge improvement over the plastic models which abound. The plastic parts, such as the cover and the handle are made from BPA - free plastic. The design makes it very easy to pour. Filling is not quite as easy, but OK. The pitcher is made in Poland and the quality is evident.

I really like this pitcher. I bought it because I wanted an alkaline pitcher that was glass. You do have to fill it often but I'm ok with that. It's not an eyesore on my counter and seems to be very high quality. The water tastes good and it's very easy to use, I like the light on the lid that reminds you to change the filter. Would purchase again and recommend to others.

I was looking for a glass pitcher for filters I already have on the shelf. Another review stated the pitcher was compatible with Brita filters -- and it is. The shape is a little odd, with the narrow base, but it is stable enough to stay upright on the counter. Very happy with the pitcher.

First, the main unit doesn’t come with instructions. They are on the filter bag, of all places, so look out for them. And the main interior component is all plastic. Also this is quite small. There is some cryptic information in small print somewhere saying the water should be discarded after 12 hours. I was excited about a glass product, but this has so far been a disappointing hassle to use.

It was delivered really quick. The filtered water is really great. Only issue is that the filtering parts are made of plastic and holds only few cups of water. However, I guess it is BPA free. I recommend it!
