Great glycine powder! In the past, I have taken glycine capsules but after trying this powder, I won't use capsules anymore. Glycine is naturally sweet, and this tastes great in my evening tea and protein shakes. Easy to use - just scoop out 1 tsp to add to your drink of choice. This is definitely one of my favorite supplements to use each day because of the taste! It dissolves easily, has no smell and helps me maintain great sleep quality.

This product is slightly sweet but pretty flavorless mixed with a beverage. I was taught about this product from my naturopathic doctor. If you are feeling, overwhelmed and stressed, take this , and you will feel it almost immediately. It’s great to promote sleep as well. This brand and size in particular is actually the best value for the money in my opinion. I was using individual packets before, and I feel like this last much longer than capsules or individual packets. I like ordering from Amazon because you can subscribe and save and the shipping is always very quick. I’ve had a great experience ordering hair I will continue to order.

I suppose used glycine with lithium + NAC, in the morning with my coffees, it’s given me a lot of energy and fart a lot but I’m in the mentally happy states of mind. Besides that, my skin is plump and looking hydrating, I guess peptide products are have a lot of glycine ingredients. Im glad I found the product and worked for me. But I need to get rid of gassy
