I was looking for a new mount for my iPhone XS max. I have a transparent gold case on the gold phone and didn’t want to add the square metal piece needed for magnet mounting to my other phone vent mount because it would be ugly to see through the case. I decided to try this unit and I love it. I mounted it toward the center of the dash of my Lincoln Navigator. After I made sure the dash was clean and the unit secured well with the suction it has held my phone with zero problems. It did take a couple of tries - but my fault for not insuring the surface was clean. The features of automatically opening to hold the phone and a quick touch to release are a real plus to me. And the Qi charging is great as I don’t have to think about it nor worry about plugging in a cord each time I put the phone in the mount. Highly recommended.

Very convenient to use and really makes your on-the-go moves in car hassle free. Sensors are neat and they do the job as they are expected to, opens up when you approach the holder, zips right back up when you place the phone on mount. The charger is a fast charger (used Samsung s7 edge, S8 on this), just a note you'd still need to hook up the device with your car's USB/cigarette socket through a USB cable(included). I found it more convince to mount on air vent as compared to using the dashboard.Couple of things I am okay with but still would like to share - you have to place the phone in a specific position for device to charge your phone (not a problem at all as such), sensors work on power and if you turn off the ignition sensors on it will not work. All in all a good buy !

In my car center console I do have a Qi wireless charging cellphone tray however I prefer the google maps application than using the car’s navigation for that I must to have my cellphone in close view and using a wireless car charger was the answer, after trying both options I mounted it on one of the air vents since it provides me with a more convenient view, I have drove in different types of roads conditions however my cellphone which it’s stored inside an otterbox and it’s not on the thin side has never fallen out and the fast charging feature works perfectly, I like very much the feature of the clamping arms opening automatically when I put my phone in.

I have gone through many phone car holders, from decent to downright useless, and this one is the best. The suction cup is strong (has some sticky glue like material on cup surface but does not leave mark behind). Does not work well on open pore wood grain surface, but holds well on dash top even with rich texture and soft touch and slightly curved surface. Wireless charging works every time without hassle. And the phone clap auto opens when your hand approaches, and closes once phone is in place, so you can mount the phone easily with one hand. Did not try the vent mount because my car (Tesla model 3) does not have traditional AC vent.

Bought this in anticipation of getting a s10 that could wireless charge (previous phone couldn't wireless charge) so unfortunately for me, by the time I used it and found out how terrible it is, it's past the return date.First problem is that it will occasionally randomly open when your phone is in it. I cracked the screen protector of my previous phone cuz it decided to open up while I was driving.Second problem is that it does not charge Galaxy devices at the advertised 10W. I was using my S10+ for Google Maps and noticed that even though it showed the charging icon, my percent was dropping from 79% to 78% then to 77%. I plugged in my USB-C charger and my phone began charging back up again. When I got home, I opened Google Maps again and placed my phone on the 9W Samsung Wireless Charger, and sure enough, the battery percent went up like it was supposed to, so clearly this car charger wasn't charging at the advertised 10W.

I purchased and returned this item because it randomly opens when my phone is in the cradle droppings the phone on the floor of the car. I have a Galaxy S8+ and when the feet that support the bottom of the phone were placed outward to support the phone, it would not charge. It would charge when I turned the feet in and could lower the phone a few millimeters. I would say that this is not designed correctly to charge the larger S8+ while properly supporting it. These are two design flaws that should be corrected and are likely why this item is cheaper than most similar items.

Works great. It charges faster than I thought it would and my phone doesn’t get super hot. I tested it out while I had my gos and pandora running to make sure it charged faster than it would drain and it did! The suction cup works pretty good. I have a normal sized case that has a metal kickstand in the middle and my phone still charges fine. The IR sensor to open and close the arms is pretty cool. Live only had this for a few weeks, but it seems to be working great. Can’t beat the price

This is my first wireless car charger mount. The mount I previously owned was not wireless and there were wires hanging here and there. Made the front look pretty messy. With this, it looks pretty neat. Keep the mount charged before hand and you are all set for the road. The best part of this product for me is that the two arms that open and grips the phone automatically when it is brought near to the sensors. No need to manually adjust them while driving. The mount is adjustable to your need and No need to worry about cables. Also it charges pretty fast (I did have to take the case out though). Overall, I’m pretty satisfied and excited to use it on my next road trip.
