This was a clear and concise resource manual for all individuals interested or working with six sigma principles.

The book was a disappointment. I was expecting some examples from healthcare that would show the complete application of Value Stream Mapping end to end. But the examples were too superficial and not in depth. I have a good background in VSM and was primarily interested in application to healthcare. I think that in this regard, the book is lacking.
