Great stuff. Nice clean powder. Dissolves relatively well. Usually takes about two glasses of water to get it all out. (Dissolves better in juices i think).My only real complaint is the bottle. Lid doesnt close very securely and there is nothing to hold the scoop. this is not the fault of ActiviaNaturals but, packaging is just as important as the product.All in all. A great deal for 22 bucks. Get some!Additionally, you dont need a loading phase. Just one scoop a day, everyday. No need to cycle.

Great creatine. I get a nice pump when using even on non-workout days. Helping me gain muscle mass and shedding some pounds at the same time. No bloating or stomach upset. Also, because it is unflavored it can be mixed with protein. Great product if used right with proper training and diet.

high quality. i am 130# 30 year old woman... first few times i took a full recommended dose I had a powerful headache immediately, talked to my functional medicine practitioner and she recommended lowering dose (my body already makes enough creatine) and that eliminated the HA and still gave me boost in energy and performance.

This is the best creatine I've ever tried. Works great. Got more reps in and noticed muscle mass.

I've used other creatine products in the past and I've never seen much effect, however that's not the case here. This creatine had made a huge difference in my workouts, I've had much more energy especially on my last reps.I highly recommend this.

I've used many different brand of creatine (optimum, NOW, Muscle Tech and etc) and I think Creatine monohydrate is Creatine Monohydrate so just get as cheap as possible. This creatine is really cheap for its quantities and it serves its product purpose. The texture is really chalky and I love it because it mixes really well with any liquids and its tasteless.
