I hate doing reviews and almost never do but today I make an exception. The unit works great and does exactly what it is advertised to do. I had no problem setting it up and should be no problem if you carefully read the directions and follow them. If however you are technologically challenged do not despair. Almost as soon as I placed my order, I got an email regarding my purchase and noting that if I had any trouble to go on line to a site that will take you through the setup. They also noted that you could also call them with questions. Well you know how those kind of calls can go trying to understand English as a second language but it was a nice gesture. A week later after I got the unit, I received another email asking if everything was going OK and did I have any questions. Once again, the follow up on a quite inexpensive item was unusual but nice. Finally, a couple of days ago, I got a call from them asking if I liked the unit and if I was having any difficulties with it. The speaker was a native English speaker and I was so knocked over that I just had to write this review. The Pedometer is accurate ( if you follow their directions in setting it up) and easy to read and use. For a reasonably low price compared to so many units out there, this unit is a keeper. Don't be afraid of setting it up, the company will not let you fail. Can't get much better than that.

I have used 3 different pedometers over the last 3 years - 3 different companies. Although I have only used it for 5 days since my purchase, I am amazed at the ease of use and various measures available. I highly recommend that you read the easy directions...it will assist a lot in programming. Compared to the other pedometers I have used, this is a superb little contraption. The clock feature is a nice addition.

I love this pedometer ! Hi spent a few weeks trying to decide between getting a Fitbit or a manual under. and finally went with this one after reading reviews for half a dozen manual ones. I went with this one for the large, east to read numbers and ease of use and set up. I decided on a manual put on there for two reasons. First, I am sensitive to EMF Energy so I did not want to have a wireless device strapped to my body all the time, and second, my friend's Fitbit was counting her knitting as steps! This one has been very accurate when I count and compare steps. So glad to be able to get this 'old school' manual pedometer before they disappear ! Just remember to write down your steps before they reset at midnight if you are keeping track.

Received the product in a timely fashion, was able to program what was needed. Less than one month later it quit counting steps. Nothing changed in the way it was used, in a pants pocket. It was taken out at night and put on a table and every morning the steps were back to zero, just like the instructions stated. Now, it is keeping the time but not counting steps.Update: finally found the safe place kept the instructions - somehow I had had paused the tracker- which is easy to do. The company did contact me and left a phone number to call to try and figure out the problem. It is working now.Update 12/28/16 The pedometer went through the wash and dryer and still counts steps. Cannot reset the time or other settings, but it is counting steps, and seems to be accurate when comparing the count to previous counts on same route.

Pedometer came fast only took a day to deliver. Love the color and size. I posted I photo with my remote to show true size. Its easy to use, easy to set up, and very light weight. Comes with the batter already installed, a cute tiny screw driver, and pin to press the back reset button. I put it on my waist most of the day and my knee high socks while I'm at work.

I had originally given this 4 stars because it suited my needs by not requiring a separate app or phone to use it, I can easily read the numbers and it was fairly easy to set up. Took a minute to realize that it was in standby mode, but easy to fix. The directions are easy to read (much better than a thin piece of paper with print that is really hard to read) and fairly easy to set up. It did take me a few minutes to figure out how to set it up but not too hard and there is a website for support, FAQ's, as well as one for how to set up and operate the unit and a bonus ebook that you can download as well.HOWEVER, after not quite 2 weeks it has stopped working and is not recording any activity at all. The display is still working, but the unit simply stopped recording any activity for the past 2 days. Fortunately, I still have time to return this product. The one I purchased that cost less is still working.

This simple pedometer activity tracker is easy to set up in less than 5 minutes, as long as you follow directions step by step. It measures steps accurately, and gives distance in miles or km based on the step length you entered. It estimates calories used based on the weight you enter, and also gives time spent walking and miles (or km) per hour. At midnight it automatically resets, but but can access previous days, and you can also reset it manually anytime. This device does not interface with a smart phone, but I did not want that. I simply wanted an accurate step count and distance traveled per day and it does both well. It works well either clipped to a belt or in my pocket. Note: the first one I bought was defective - the display was erratic. I was quickly sent a replacement that works well.

Love this thing! It’s not 100% accurate it tends to under track a little on steps and calories as it doesn’t start tracking right away when you start walking but it’s the closest thing I’ve found that doesn’t over track. Save your money and buy this instead of a Fitbit or other tracking device that only counts you arm movements. This things is most accurate on waist band of thin clothes or pocket of thick things like blue jeans. Give it a try! Company is very nice too they check up on you to make sure you like it. The one flaw I’ve noticed is the clock tends to lose time but I didn’t buy it for the clock, the tracking features out the most accurate I’ve found and I tried Garmin the second most expensive version and Fitbit the most expensive one and even Apple Watch tracking isn’t as accurate as this! Give it a try you won’t regret it!
