I bought this as I wanted to start grilling more vegetables and it does a fantastic job of this. I've used it dozens of times now and I wonder how I got by without it.Wait, I know how I use to get by, I wrapped them in foil and dropped them on the grill and let them cook blindly. I've had so much more success in getting the perfect level of grilling in asparagus, zucchini, and others now that I can see them cooking. If you grill vegetables at all, this is a must have product.

My husband loves to grill, but refuses to eat vegetables. I figured I would use a little ingenuity to get some healthy food into him so bought this basket.I was surprised at how heavy duty this product is... it's sturdy so ought to last a long time. I sliced red and yellow sweet peppers into strips, slivered an onion, added some mushrooms, tossed in some good olive oil, and mixed it all together.SOOOOO yummy.... next time I'll add a little seasoning too, but this was really good, with a nice, smoky flavor. Yes, Mr. I hate veggies enjoyed it too. Next time I think I'll add in some zucchini too.Clean up was super easy.

I'm a vegetarian, and while a little burned up steak remnant doesn't freak me out, it's nice having this item for roasting veggies on the "Barbie." Keeps them from falling through the cracks -- there's NOTHING like roasted asparagus that's been marinating in olive oil, lemon juice and a bit of garlic using this product.

This thing is great. I've tried every tool and contraption to cook veggies and fish on the grill. This is the answer. Sturdy, simple. Just toss your food in the basket, put on the grill. Walk away.
