Only thing to be aware of is that the mips system takes up just over 1cm of volume, so the mips versions run very small, and smith helmets seem to run a little small anyway. My old vantage was non mips, and I take a medium, the dial adjuster at the rear on my old helmet was tightened down quite a way, with my new mips vantage it is nearly as large as it can go, it is only just big enough, I don't need a large, but only just. I love the pocket for my bluetooth headphones, as well the system it has for the air that I can choose to open or close depending on the weather so that I don't get hot or cold.

Superb helmet, just watch the sizing on the MIPS versions, they run small

Great Helmet
It is a great helmet. I love the pocket for my bluetooth headphones, as well the system it has for the air that I can choose to open or close depending on the weather so that I don't get hot or cold.

Decent helmet but difficult to find compatible goggles
Nice helmet but not that compatible with my Dragon X2 goggles , the visor blocks vents and they fog at the top. They run a bit smaller if you are at the top of the size, this is potentially because of MIPS. Will be considering selling it.

High quality
Bought this as a present for the Mr. He loves skiing and he bought special goggles to wear over his glasses so his previous helmet would no longer fit. I figured that if the helmet is the same brand as the goggles, it should all fit well. I read somewhere that with MIPS this might not be the case. Well, that's wrong! The helmet fits perfectly and the Mr was surprised how good it felt on his head. I am pleased that he has the MIPS which I had to google to find out it means there's more protection for his head in case of a crash.

/!\ SUBJECTIF /!\ Ce casque n'était malheureusement pas du tout adapté à la morphologie de ma tête : ce casque est très rond (fait pour les tête larges), alors que ma tête demandait plus d’espace en profondeur. Résultat : points de pression à l'avant et à l'arrière de la tête, et un trou entre le casque et ma tête sur les côtés.

Uno de los mejores cascos
Casco que recomiendo encarecidamente en práctica de freeride y aproximaciones. Ligero y seguro, con sistema MIPS. Nada que envidiar al nuevo Smith Quantum, yo probé los dos y me quedé con este.

Bequem, funktional, leicht
Toller Helm! Sieht live besser aus (Geschmackssache), wirkt wertig und nach ca. 20 Pistentage kann ich auch über den Komfort nicht meckern. Die Earpads könnten einen Tick weicher sein, sind aber vollkommen okay. Sitzt gut am Kopf und lässt sich einfach einstellen.
