Ok so my histamine levels were over 7867 in highest ref range 959 /7 times the norm basically/. The bloating was one thing, but every morning I felt like I have something stuck in my throat that I desperately want to caugh out, but couldnโt. ChatGpt told me to get Quercitin and Vitamin C.
