Make sure you assemble both ends first and make sure they are square. Then have someone help you slide the middle bits in place. It is very easy to get this wonky if you aren’t careful.

I am pleased with my purchases so far I have assembled two one more to go. First one was tricky as I didn't open the extension box until after I assembled the unit so I had to un-assemble to use the correct legs to continue assembly. The product dosen't look like much when you get three boxes and think about the cost of the purchase but once you start putting it together you see the value. I can hardly wait to complete the last one and fill with soil and get planting! Delivery was amazing 2 days! The eta was 5/15-5/17 placed mid day on the 9th arrived on the 11th. It was exactly what I was looking forI am getting complements and I am not even done or put anything in them yet.

The planter box with two extensions will be a beautiful addition to my garden. I bought two units. It does require two people to build and it took my wife an I about an hour to assemble each unit. The key is setting it on its end so the parts come together better. I’m delighted that these come with a 20 year guarantee since my wood elevated planters lasted only 4 years. They had a lifetime guarantee which the manufacturer reneged on but that’s another story. I had to contact New England Arbors twice. Once for a missing part and the other for a part damaged in shipping. Their customer service is excellent. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. They actually sent the parts FedEx second day. They are a delight to do business with.

Fit my old earth boxes beautifully and just happened to match our neighbors white fencing. Hooked up the automatic watering system from earth box and will sit back and watch veggie garden grow (above ground).2.5 yrs later-still love them and I love waist high gardening, without weeds (earth boxes or DIY similar) helps produce edible fresh veggies from June to November where I live.
