Awesome SAP SCM (EWM)
I want to share my experience about Rajesh Mendonca SAP EWM Guru for writing this book on Fundamentals of SCM-EWM a step by step guide which I bought from Amazon.com, Normally I have some bad feeling towards online classes as I feel that our doubts cannot be cleared properly and I even faced a bad experience with one tutor which I took my SAP MM/IM/WM training at first and I ended up with confused knowledge. An honest approach
To begin with, I am an experienced SAP consultant and bought this book to train myself on EWM. I was very influneced by MarkJacobs review and hence bought the book. I like the style of presentation, the font size ( believe me.. it makes a huge difference when you are reading a 500 page technical book) and the screen shots. the Authors have explained the concepts and other technical details in a way that none of the SAP books do it out there. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it does not have any exercises at the end of every section. Not that its a bad thing, but after being used to the SAP style of materials, I would naturally assume such an expectation. The other reason I mention this point is to let others know who are contemplating to buy it should be aware of this. Keep up the good work Rajesh and Janet !!

Excellent book for self learning
I am a SAP WM consultant and I was looking to upgrade my skill set to SAPEWM.I found this book online and bought it at Amazon. This book stands to its title. I would recommend this book to any one for the following reasons. 1. High level explanations: This book covers good amount of theory that is required to understand the EWM configuration which many SAP books lack. 2. Covers configuration in detail: It is difficult to read and understand EWM configuration even after reading available documentation online. This book solves that problem. 3. Summary of transactions: every chapter has transaction summary table with transaction codes sequenced which is useful during configuration as well as cutover plans. 4. Practical examples and flow in configuration makes it easy to read and understand: Throughout the book practical examples are used and the data is built on these examples which makes easy to read and understand the book. Most of the SAP books lack this feature. 5. Detailed explanation with diagrams: Some of the topics like storage control, qRFC, business partners, availability groups, activity areas etc. are very complicated to understand. This book simplified this with detailed diagrams and explanation. 6. Others: Clear screenshots with good marking of steps, trim size, and good quality paper adds value to this book without saying. In short, Rajesh and Janet have successfully delivered a market leading SCM-EWM reference guide which truly can be used by any beginner and experienced logistics consultant. Rajesh & Janet, without doubt, have added extreme value to the SCM-EWM marketplace, and the techno/functional consultant clearly benefits through expedited knowledge for a fraction of the cost when considering other knowledge mediums and reference manuals available today.

Great EWM book, best value for money !
I purchased many SAP books in the past and as a Logistics Consultant I find this book the best thus far. It is written in a way that readers at all experience levels will find this book extremely useful. It serve as a great guide for companies, users and consultants that has either no knowledge or different levels of EWM knowledge, bur have the need to educate themselves on the product. This book goes way deeper than just the basic advantages and disadvantages of EWM. The reader can select what level on info he/she is interested in. It is also great as a step by step guide for implementing EWM for both the client and implementer to make educated decisions and measure the implementation path and progress . It is also a great reference tool, with all the answers at your finger tips. It is evident that the writers spent a substantial number of hours making this product such a useful tool.

One of the best SCM-EWM books
I just finished reading this excellent book "Fundamentals of SCM-EWM". I am an SAP WM consultant for the last 5 years, just getting my hands into EWM, and this book was highly recommended to me by my manager for getting a good understanding of EWM. I highly congratulate Rajesh and Janet for having brought out this immensely helpful book to other consultants like me who are getting into the EWM area. This book is written in a very simple step-by-step format with lot of screenshots and process flows to help understand even difficult concepts. This book covers the fundamentals of SCM-EWM and I look forward to the upcoming Advanced concepts in SCM-EWM by the same folks! Job well done!

Book EWM molto ben fatto
Un vero e proprio manuale a che per i meno esperti. Non bisogna essere però a mio avviso completamente a digiuno di ewm in quanto si rischia di perdersi un po nei meandri delle configurazioni!

Comprehensive book
After a long search, finally came across this book on EWM. The book is as comprehensive as one can get with a very good coverage of the scenarios as well as the detailed configuration steps, which are the most essential for SAP consultants. A very good book for beginners and consultants. Thanks Rajesh.

Good plementation guide
Well structured and covers all aspects of designing and configuring EWM. The necessary links to ECC are explained very well. Would benefit from a Glossary of acronyms - the full meaning can be a bit difficult to spot in the text
