Makes the most wonderful brewed tea.
I am new to induction cooking but wanted to try this for my loose leaf teas. I absolutely love the way it works. I fill it almost full with water, add my teaspoon of tea to the strainer, drop the strainer in the top and put the lid on. I have one of these table top induction stoves and had to experiment with it. Found that a heat setting of 600 and a time of 8 minutes is perfect. When I remember, I put the tea in it at night before going to bed and let it sit at room temp...set it to heat up in the morning and it is even better that way.Very well made. The stainless top pops out for cleaning. Goes back together easily.

This is very small
When I first got it, my mouth dropped open at its size. I was going to return it, but then it began to grow on me. It is so small, it's adorable. I live with two other adults and all of us chuckle when we look at her (we decided it's a she). There is much to be said for humor first thing in the morning! It actually holds enough hot water for a big mug and then a smaller mug right after. However, that's not so important as the water boils in it very quickly AND quietly. Since I got my induction stove, boiling water in a kettle has been very loud (like an airplane going overhead), and this is almost silent. That's worth the price.

Works great on Induction and natural gas stoves
I bought this originally for an induction stove but now we have been using it on a gas stove. I really like the versatility and design. The only problem is that the small ball handle to remove to cover seems to have melted and deformed, I am now afraid that flakes could fall into my tea. I was really expecting to get more that one year of use.

Tea heaven
I really like this teapot. It's much prettier in person and seems like it's well made. I really like the stainless parts as they are working well and so far don't show any signs of wear. One gripe I have is with the lid... it fits on the teapot so tightly that I have to wrestle it off. Usually the entire middle section gets pulled out with the attempt. It's not a big deal, but it's definitely an unnecessary hassle. That's the only flaw I've noticed though. Other than that, I love how spacious it is...I can drink so much tea. I'm satisfied with my purchase and I'll be looking to buy again as gifts or replacements.

BEST TEA POT EVER!
Can it take the heat? Yes it can! Been using this for 10 days. I put it on my ceramic induction electric burner at number 8 (out of 10) and it performs beautifully. Let it come just to boiling and set on the warmer. Tea tastes great and no cracks or leaks whatsoever so I know this glass is high quality. The spout pours without drips as well and it is a breeze to clean. You can use loose or bagged tea without reservation. Well worth every penny.

Works on Induction cooktop! Easy to keep clean!
We were worried that such thin strips of metal wouldn't work on our induction cooktop, also worried because the glass seemed so delicate. When my daughter came home from college she went though the same skepticism and had to prove to herself it was not just ornamental. It works fine, although it does lose heat fairly rapidly if you are steeping in it.I love being able to see if there is water in it, and whether it needs cleaning. I'm always worried that standing water inside solid metal teapots may be rusting out the inside, or have some airborne living thing colonizing it. I'm not a germaphobe by any stretch of the imagination, but I do like being able to see that this is clean.

Great product but....
Seems pretty thin although it looks great. Fairly easy to clean but the problem is there was literally no instructions at least nothing in english. Very little online that we can find. Didn't want to heat it too much since it's pretty thin. That said, kind of found a way to use it that makes it work. Also no indication as to how much loose leafed tea to use for a pot but again we've figured out a good measurement. Would have been nice to have some guide line to follow.

Works wonderful! I still forget to turn the burner off ...
Works wonderful! I still forget to turn the burner off and it boils over so I use my electric tea pot for hot water and then pour it into the clear teapot. But I love the fact that I can reheat the tea in the teapot on the stove and don't have to use another pot. Excellent excellent. I will say the metal top gets stuck when it is hot. Makes it difficult to take the top off, so I have started just laying it on there slightly tilted and not pressing it down all the way. Comes out fine when it is cold. Other than that it is a perfect little tea pot.
