Thanks to some education from Frunutta’s social media, we got the K2 along with the vitamin D. Nobody else told us that K2 helps equalize the distribution of the Vitamin D. Frunutta is easy to use and takes seconds WITHOUT WATER! I’m so glad I don’t have to swallow those silly horse pills just to get some nutrients. Oh, and they are so easy, my kids like taking them. I love this product, especially how it absorbs under the tongue and I don’t have to worry about choking down any pills. We started taking this product because my wife’s cardiologist recommended as it helps stop calcium buildup. It also pairs well with the Iron and D3, because I’ve been reading that K2 likes to the the boss of the other nutrients to tell them where to go to be optimized. When taken with Iron and D3, it becomes a part of a powerful wellness trifecta.

bought both the D3 and K2 from Frunutta... i like that these are dissolvable tabs under tongue.. quick to dissolve and no off flavoring noted.

I like the fact that they are easy to take and do not have a lot of fillers. I take them with my dinner and have had no side effects.

I am happy taking these, they are easy to take just put one under the tongue. They are quite expensive so im not always able to afford them but when I can I definitely do.
