This is the best Hoisin sauce I’ve ever tasted. I have tried about 8 or 9 different brands over the last 40 years. Great consistency, sweetness is spot on for me. The lids are very handy and saves waisting sauce in a bowl. The only downside is the way this seller packaged them for delivery as one of the lids broke in post and I couldn’t find any way to get a refund or replacement and I wad buying one for a friend but I needed to have a top that worked so I kept both! Other people have the same problem! Sort this out Amazon!!!

Ich habe mich entschlossen diese Sauce zu probieren, weil mir die scharfe Chilisauce vom selben Anbieter immer so gut schmeckt.Auch hier muss ich sagen, dass das Produkt zu überzeugen weiß. Die Sauce löst geradezu eine Geschmacksexplosion am Gaumen aus. Besonders toll finde ich, dass man den Sternanis so deutlich hervorschmeckt. Das Ganze wird mit einer tollen Süße abgerundet.Die Sauce kann man wunderbar pur zu knuspriger Entenbrust genießen, taugt aber auch als Zutat für gebratene Nudeln oder für Wok Gemüse. Beim Grillen und Dünsten verwende ich sie als Marinaden Grundlage auch für nicht asiatische Rezepte.Ein besonderer Tip wäre die Sauce mal kalt auf Sandwich zu probieren. Wir fanden das toll.Die Sauce enthält Geschmacksverstärker Mononatriumglutamat. Für mich persönlich ist das allerdings kein Hinderungsgrund. Auch wenn es hier vielleicht wirklich einige Leute gibt, die empfindlich reagieren, so gehöre ich persönlich nicht dazu. Ich finde auch keine glaubwürdigen Argumente gegen Glutamat. Soll jeder selbst für sich entscheiden, ob er so etwas zu sich nimmt oder nicht. Ich halte es für unbedenklich.

Kräftig-würzige Hoi-Sin-Sauce mit leicht süßlicher Note – perfekt zum Marinieren, Dippen oder für Wokgerichte. Die pikante Variante mit grüner Kappe bringt authentischen Thai-Geschmack in die Küche und passt besonders gut zu Fleisch, Gemüse und Sommerrollen. Sehr aromatisch und ergiebig.
