Arrived promptly, reasonably priced and are small in size (5mm), making them easy to swallow with no discomfort. They have a score line in the middle, so they can be split in half if needed. There’s no noticeable taste or smell. With 400 tablets included, they last a long time even when used by multiple people. Each tablet contains 4000 IU, which is a good serving for most people, particularly during the less sunny months. Ingredients mean they’re also appropriate for vegans.

What i found out about Vit D
So, the first thing i looked at, Is, what is the best time to take my Vit D. So, I found that taking them does have an effect, depending on when you take these very small( about the size of 3 grains of rice) uncoated tablets, for me they are tastless and easy to swallow. Instead of taking a broad-spectrum multivitamin (which don’t necessarily include meaningful amounts of the right nutrients), It's recommend a targeted vitamin D supplement like Vitamins A-D-K. Vitamins A, D and K work better together, and you get science-backed doses of each in one convenient softgel(Just added that info as my own choice). Always be sure to follow ANY manufacturer recommendations when buying your Vits. The best time to take vitamin D supplements is when it fits your schedule. We recommend taking it with a source of quality fat in the morning or when you break your fast. Avoid taking vitamin D in the evening. Since vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin—meaning it doesn’t dissolve in water—your body can most easily absorb it when you take it with food.
