I had used this for years in the past. Then I read an article about the dangers of too much Iron so I switched to Iron Free. I have not seen a followup on the dangers of Iron and I am getting older and tired easier so back to the Iron. Coopers has an excellent formulation and since he taught me how to spell and use Aerobics I figure why not.

The Cooper Clinic literally saved my husband's life (an undiagnosed heart valve problem). We thought if they were so good with that, let's give the vitamins a try and have been taking them ever since. If you are unsure, try them for a while and then stop. You will notice the difference.
