Good buy
This product is an excellent source of vitamins. The recommended dose is one capsule, and it works just as well as others, which require two capsules. Keep in mind, it's only vitamins; I take a mineral supplement along with it daily. All of this at a low price. I strongly recommend this product.

Excellent reputation
As I like to take individual vitamins to serve my needs, these will fill in around them to complete the basics. Solgar has been around for many years with quality vitamins. The expiration date was well beyond the purchase date and Solgar glass containers are tinted bronze to diffuse light from entering. Tops are sealed and then bottle is boxed. They arrived quickly and priced very excellent via Prime.

This all vitamin - no mineral blend is perfect - but I recommend you get your minerals from ...
I showed these vitamins to my doctor and also have done a lot of health and supplement related online research. My conclusion -- these vitamins are very well balanced. This product also contains ALL of the B vitamin complex. Most vitamin supplements do not include all of the B vitamins and you need them all because they work together. If you've checked labels you'll notice that most vitamin blends lack choline and inositol - two essential B vitamins. I have used this product for several years and I have never found a vitamin blend that is so well balanced and complete. I take a complex mix of common and rare minerals separately in a liquid form so I definitely don't want minerals mixed with my vitamins. Inevitably, when manufacturers mix minerals with vitamins, they drop out certain vitamins in order to accommodate the minerals, and the minerals are far from complete. This all vitamin - no mineral blend is perfect - but I recommend you get your minerals from a separate source.
