DACHA Turmeric + Ginger & BioPerine

This product has saved my husband. He is a very healthy 56 yr old and for the last 4-5 years he's woken up daily with tremendous joint pain and stiffness (as most of us do as we age). He would have to go through a series of stretches prior to be able to do anything in the mornings without excessive pain. He has worked 2 full time jobs (one midnight) since my daughter started college, to help ease her burdon💰. He started taking these supplements about 4 weeks ago, and in the last week he has been without any pain! Feels better and has even told me to make sure I order more. Of the turmeric brands that I have tried til now, this one really does seem to be the most efficient. There's several things that I like about this particular brand, one being the fact that i can opt to take the three servings at the different times throughout the day to maximize the pain relieving benefits. Before taking this supplement, I was taking a heavy duty prescription NSAID to treat inflammatory rheumatoid and osteo arthritis. Even so, I still suffered from bouts of debilitating inflammation. A friend turned me on to using tumeric as a supplement, and I was amazed at how well it worked, but it wasn't until I tried this brand that I was finally able to tell my doctor that I no longer needed him to write me that prescription. I'm totally serious guys, this brand has changed everything for me! I no longer have to worry about the long-term effects caused by high doses of NSAID meds. I do highly recommend speaking with your doctor before taking this though, as there are certain meds etc that can cause adverse responses in the body when combined with turmeric (or any supplement really!), but if you get the all-clear from him/ her, this brand is the bees knees lol. I did my research prior to buying, and this one was the most scientifically sound for my needs (relieving moderate- severe pain and inflammation), and after taking it for several months, I am still not in the least bit disappointed by it.

This product contains a trio of ingredients which are effective as anti-inflammatories and are beneficial for treatment of arthritis and other inflammatory disorders, such as Rheumatoid Arthritis. It doesn't work as an immediate pain-reliever like ibuprofen or acetaminophen, but gradually reduces inflammation over time, so that so that stronger pain-relievers aren't needed quite as often. However, on the mornings that I wake up in a great deal of pain, I take one capsule, and it gradually makes the pain recede until it is more bearable and almost completely gone. (I don't think there's anything that completely takes away the pain of Rheumatoid Arthritis, honestly.) This is one of the strongest formulas of Turmeric Curcumin that I've found, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who suffers from long-term pain, as long as you are willing to take it daily as suggested on the label so that it can gradually make a difference in the amount of pain-inducing inflammation in your body.

It helps with my arthritis and some of the inflammation I deal with on a daily basis, and not only that. It also helped with my energy levels as well since I wasn't in so much pain all the time. It's a great product overall! My only complaint would be that the capsule can float due to small air pockets that occur, so they can be difficult to swallow *sometimes* other than that though, these are amazing!

Actually it works for not only me but 3 people. I am in early 60 and work as house keeping, so I am on my feet a lot and my muscle aches and it seems to calm my pain a lot and I found it had given me more energy. My daughter is also taking it and she been sedentary and her body, feet, knees and arm(do due being on computer a lot) was achy and this help subdue her pain. She even had forgotten that her arm was having issue until she made a fast movement which reminded her that she was in discomfort before taking Turmeric and she also order more for herself. This also did not over power in strength as if when medication clash. This also had given my niece comfort from fever, body, and lost of appetite from catching COVID and she also says that her fever and achy body has calm down and her appetite had return. Its been a good overall experience for all three of us

I struggle with joint pain due to inflammation. I feel the pain as I walk up and down my stairs. I couldn't easily straighten my fingers to lay my palms flat. I've know that turmeric helps ease some of the pain so I started adding it as a spice to my food but that wasn't helping much. On further research, I learned that you had to add black pepper to improve results. However, using it only for my food preparation still wasn't enough to help with the pain. Then I decided to buy a supplement. I went through the many products listed to try DACHA as they added ginger to the mix as well. I have been using for a few weeks now and have experienced marked improvement in the reduction of my joint pain when walking or simply holding or lifting items. The capsules are easy to swallow and I guess since I feel so much better that means it is easily absorbed. One thing I've learned over the years is to listen to my body. It was crying out in pain a few weeks ago. It is much happier since I started taking these capsules.

I took Tumeric (all different brands) on and off for about a year. And to be honest I still had joint pain. I know there are benefits to using it, I just really didn't feel any. This supplement fell among all the other Tumerics, I didn't have any side effects and I also still had joint pain. So I'm not really sure if it did anything at all really. I still use different Tumeric here and there. I bought some from Giant in the spice section and add about a tsp or two to my smoothies. Is it healthy yes I'm sure it is, is it harmful no I doubt it is. Does it take your pain away, for me no not really. Will I still use it sure why not. Will I buy this particular brand again? Probably not. Not because it is a bad brand, just because I can buy cheaper brands that have the same strength and the same purity and I really wouldn't be able to tell the difference. To each his own!

I ordered this supplement to try as a replacement for another brand that I have been using for a few years now, which is triple the price of this product. After reading the other reviews, I felt this product would be the best choice to try and I liked the addition of the Ginger & Bioperine. I struggle with lower back pain, stiffness, and inflammation. I found out a few years ago that Tumeric really seemed to help with my back issues and I feel a noticeable difference when I don't take it versus taking it daily. I am excited to say that this product has been a great replacement for the other brand I was using. I actually feel even more relief now that I've been taking it for about 2 weeks. The Dacha brand seems to be more potent. I take less pills and get the relief that I've come to trust from taking Tumeric. For anyone suffering with pain or inflammation, I highly recommend this product. You won't find another brand in this price range with this potency. I can attest that it works even better than higher cost products, so please give it a try!
