Don’t over-torque
Installed these on my 96 Ram 12V. These fixed the leaking gaskets, however, Cummins torque spec specifies 16 ft lbs on the covers, which I did. But that was too tight for these gaskets and they cut and leaked. So I ordered another set and torqued to 12 ft lbs. I’ve gone 2 months and so far no leaks.
