DAA - D Aspartic Acid Capsules - 3 Grams Per Serving - by BNB Supplements (Twin Pack)

I've noticed that my recovery times have improved after a heavy session. My sleep appears to be a bit deeper and I feel more rested the following day. I take two pills in the morning and two before bed. One comment was concerned about the size of the pills, but they are no bigger than a glucosamine pill. I have no issue getting these pills down.

So far seems to be a quality product, with no negative side-effects. Just started taking it, so I can't be too sure how well it's working, but I'm feeling positive about it.

Capsules Way to big for me to swallow (wide), and i dont have any problem with horse pills. Hopefully opening the capsules and ingehsting the powder form in water doesnt have an ill effect.

Have not noticed anything but keeping an open mind

So far only been taking for a week. Too early to know all the benefits but definitely feels like it is providing an edge in workouts. Also I seem to be sleeping more soundly.

So what am I supposed to feel ? Been almost a month. Not aware of any type of positive changes.
