great book for a new manager
As a new manager it is important to me to know the industry and how to cope with change. Service management made simple was a great read and provided me with several useable tools. This is not your run of the mill book, it is really full os usefull knowledge.

Greatly Enjoyed!
Simple to understand and to grasp key concepts. This is a good read for someone who is looking for a benchmark in the industry and to understand the basics on how to run a shop.

Decent book but the information is lacking. I don't feel I learned anything from it as it seemed as if it contained overall general knowledge. May be a good book for someone with no experience in the automotive industry?

Book Review
This book is great for anyone interested in service management. It gives very good insight to many issues that could be road blocks in the flow of a shop. I recommend this book.

I enjoyed the book. A good guide for new shop owners or a student looking for guidance. I gave it 4 stars due to some repetition. As a new service writer it was a good read.

Good easy read
Nothing really earth shattering, but solid down to earth info on the foundational pieces needed to run a successful auto service business delivered in an easy to understand format.

Not in depth, not what i expected.
Does not seem to be written by someone with a wealth of experience, very shallow information, just scratches the surface with some suggestions. Not detailed, very dissapointed.
