My carrier wouldn't support my phone anymore, and I was able to switch to Lycamobile very quickly. My account was activated the same day and service has been great. No issues at all. Highly recommended.

It’s been 10 days since I ordered this product and the SIM is not activated yet

Highly recommended for visitors to USA and needing reliable and cost effective communication within USA and host of other 60+ countries. No additional cost for permitted calls.Data needs to be used judiciously. Normally additional data needs to be purchase as most of the time home / hotel WiFi is available.

Lyca uses T-Mobile network. Having good connectivity. Also they give free international call to many country.

First of all no where in the directions state it must be activated in the US. Second the number they provide in the directions s vs customer support are two different numbers. States can be used on t- mobile network but only provides service to those in the US. I was traveling From the US to Germany and wanted to activate it once I got here!! Just in case. glad I waited.. but angry at the same time. Yes my phone is unlocked so not the issue. Very misleading DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Customer support is a joke as well. You text the number provided and get an automated response back from a different number. Please keep in mind I kept my Verizon plan active in Germany bc I feared this. Glad I did! I may pay more but it’s for a short while and it works unlike this joke of a SIM card
