First thing I noticed, the boots are very light weight. So much so……that the shipping weight of the package had me doubting if the boots were even in there. As far as fit? I have an issue with shoe size requirements. I have a bunion on my left foot that requires me to choose shoe size carefully. I can wear a size 12D to compensate for the bunion, or I can buy the correct size of 11 1/2 triple E. This purchase was the latter. A 11 1/2 extra wide. Due to my requirements I can tell if a shoe will work by slipping my foot in without even tying. This boot felt like I was not even wearing anything and when tied it felt just as good. The length was great and was as it should be. The non slip tread was great without being so deep that you bring in the outdoors. I’ve had boots that had lugs so deep they could compete with my trucks tires. But without going on forever, these boots are perfect! They are soft and supple, they are a good weight , and the lacing is of high quality and adequate. They feel ergonomically correct when walking, unlike some boots I’ve bought in the past that were strange feeling for a while. No break-in was required. I put them on in the morning and off at night with no ill feeling due to the boots at all! I walked my 10000 steps the first day of wearing them and if there was going to be an issue it would have presented itself. Buy with confidence!

Just arrived - initial try-on: fits perfect, feels great! I have a very difficult time finding shoes to fit me properly since I have wide feet. I typically have to order a 13 4e so that the width fits right even though they’re a bit long and may slip up and down on my heel as I walk. Not these. Cushion and comfort seem to be really good too, but most all new shoes feel that way. I’ll know more in about 3 months as to the comfort and durability.This same review will be on the other pair of shoes I bought, also. That doesn’t mean this is a fake review. That mean both are exactly what I was looking for.

Best boots I've ever bought. Loads of miles and three years later, the pair I bought are still going strong. I've bought other $200 boots to compare to these, and the sketchers take the cake. There's no point to having other boots when these are comfy, last forever, are inexpensive, and pretty nice looking.. I sound like a paid review but honestly I think I will only be these from now on.

Boots are well made and comfortable but sizes run large. Before purchasing I read one review saying to order one size smaller. I’ve always been a size 9 so I ordered 8-1/2, which were still too large so I returned and exchanged them for an 8. The size 8 fits well and are still plenty roomy with the wide toe box.

I must say these boots are really comfort and also feels really nice putting them on. They look really nice, however one of the shoes have a small blemish but not really noticeable.

This is my 3rd pair of this model of Sketchers shoe. It fits well and looks good for what it is.

I purchased these for my husband for a upcoming trip to Alaska. At 6'8 he is a hard fit for shoes, I did have to exchange for a smaller size. Once that was out of the way, the boots fit like a dream. Good support, while not being hard on the feet after a days hike. They keep everything warm and dry which is all he really wanted in a pair of boots.

Very comfortable right out the box. I'm a big dude and walk 3-4 miles per day on concrete. Nice wide fit for my sasquatch feet. However the 2nd time I put the boots on the tab on the back of the boot broke. Very low quality from what I can tell. I understand these aren't 300$ redwings or other top end brands but come on 2 days and they break. Do better sketchers. Time will tell if they hold up or not.
