Good for the price, but some quality issues
I purchased this screen replacement from repairstore. Overall it's pretty good, but I had some minor issues.Pros:Decent quality screenAssembled with framePre-cut adhesive already applied, which made installation less complicatedCons:Long ship time with no tracking before it left China. I had a tracking number, but it didn't do anything. I contacted the seller, they responded promptly saying that they'd look into it, but I never got anything else back from them. There was some adhesive leaking out of the side of the screen that I had to remove with an x-actoIt's not the exact same screen as the original Oneplus One screen. Some things display slightly differently.Poor tools. The kit I received included 3 screwdrivers and 1 plastic disassembly tool. The disassembly tool broke before I had the cover loose and only 1 of the screwdrivers was needed. I had to improvise with other tools I had around the house.I'm having signal strength issues, but I'm assuming that they're related to my workmanship rather than a fault of the screen. I'm not sure how though, as the antenna is in the same place as it was before. The disassembly process isn't very difficult, but you do need to be super careful as there are a few components that can be damaged easily. I happened to break the power button control loose from the motherboard. Don't go into it blind. I watched a video and read a walkthrough and still made that mistake.

Looks great, but back lighting/indicator light have issues and there are also slight touch sensitivity issues. See my caveats.
Installation was a bit of a chore. The end result is very good screen resolution and color- just like original. I had problems though with touch sensitivity at the bottom of the screen when I installed a tempered glass screen protector. Very annoying. I installed a normal, thinner non-rigid screen protector and it seems to work well, although the touch sensitivity still presents itself at times. I was very careful during installation about lining things up but, for some reason, the indicator light at the top of the screen and the lighting behind the dedicated on screen buttons at the bottom of the screen seems to be present but misaligned. I haven't tried to fix this yet, though. A note about what is described as coming with this kit- I did not receive a suction cup or an extra phone back as described or pictured. I communicated with the company via email about the touch sensitivity. While they were friendly and quick in their responses, they ultimately suggested that I send back my faulty screen to China at my expense for an exchange. Not happening. I need to use my phone. I will tolerate slight insensitivity and the indicator/dedicated button problems for now.

Notification LED blocked. Home/Back/Menu buttons lights distorted. Touch issue on bottom center of screen.
First thing I noticed right when taking it out of the package was that you could see the bottom half outline of the buttons under the screen on the bottom (which you can't on the original). I really liked how it came with all the adhesives for the ribbon cables and battery. The frame has similar markings to the original leading me to believe it is OEM. After transferring over the motherboard, daugtherboard and other parts and powering it on I noticed 2 minor and 1 major issue. The minor issues are 1) only the bottom half of the buttons on the bottom light up and 2) the notification led is obstructed. I opened and checked to make sure nothing is in its way and put it back together and the same thing. It looks like there is something between the screen and the clear piece of plastic the LED shines through (see picture). The major issue is with the digitizer. If feels more abrasive/not as smooth as the original. I've cleaned it with 3 different LCD cleaners and it hasn't improved much. Also somewhere along the bottom middle of the screen the touch input messes up. It's the area that would be in the center of the keyboard input. Hence "swyping" doesn't always work. I noticed that it'll interpret a single touch as a double touch in the area. So not only is it messing up "swyping" but when scrolling through webpages it'll quickly zoom in/out when dragging your finger along that area. This makes scrolling through facebook, instagram, twitter feeds very frustrating. With all that being said, I am lead to believe that this screen is reject by OPPO/OnePlus.

if you need a replacement just get this!
very very very happy! i shattered the screen on my opo quite some time ago so i started using my galaxy s5. I recently cracked the screen on my s5 of course so I ordered a new piece of glass for it. after seeing that many people destroyed their digitizer when replacing the glass on the s5 I decided to order up this new screen for my opo. well, it took a bit because i had to remember how it all went together. I had taken it apart right after it shattered in hopes that i would have a new screen in no time. I decided to wait til i could get one from one plus and this is it. even after having it apart for 5 or 6 months i still remembered how it went together and got it all set up. very very pleased that i now have my opo back! this screen looks just like the original and it saves a ton of hassle by having the middle section of plastics already on it! if you shattered your screen i highly recommend buying this as a replacement! for $60 i cant complain at all after having this beauty back in my hands. no issues whatsoever!

CONS As others have mentioned the notification light is much brighter and not diffused like the original
Capas Middle Frame and Display sold by GD-BangBangBang and fulfilled by Amazon.PROSIt worked!Looks identical to the original.Screen feels and looks to be made the same as the original.Touch sensitivity is on par with the original as well as the color being displayed.Came with tools.Did not need to heat anything up to replace screen.CONSAs others have mentioned the notification light is much brighter and not diffused like the original. The backlight on the menu, home and back buttons does not shine through the bezel anymore. It is only noticeable in very dark conditions. Also, my display had a slight defect with three barely noticeable dots (caused by the screen backlight under pressure?) that only show when the screen is white. Very minor in my opinion. Finally there were still adhesives, various foam pads and tape that I needed to transfer form the original that could have been easily manufactured with the new frame.
