This is old edition of the book. The new 2018 / 2019 edition of the book is still better.I got the new edition also. And it is significantly improved.This book explains, citing large number of research, how to keep your brain, and especially memory, in good condition even in old age. Damage to your brain starts even if your glucose level is at border line and even if you stop consuming sugar. But consumption of carbohydrates like wheat, rice etc will keep glucose at borderline level for long period and will damage brain.If your memory is becoming weak, you must read this book.

Amazing book, it's not just on grain or gluten. The book covers some good ground on carbs, fats etc. I would highly recommend this book to someone who wants to know how the body internally responds to micro ana macro nutrients.
