We never had that experience, but I would soak the in warm soapy water and run them through the dishwasher.

Are these paci's vanilla scented?

These were not vanilla scented. I have used those, and while the vanilla scent (if you like vanilla) is pleasant, it doesn't last very long. Which I expected because of course you have to wash them often. I would suggest just going with the regular ones (these). Not scented, but you get the same end result. A happy baby! By the way I have found the scented ones at Target only as well.

I just got these in the mail, but they were not in a sealed package like picture, they just came in the sanitizer case it comes with?

Was the sanitizer case sanitized case sealed?? I don't remember what the package came in because I bought these over a year ago. If they aren't sealed any way I would contact the seller and have them returned.

My 2 month old was giving me a difficult time and wanting to nurse for comfort. She refused all pacifiers and finally a friend told me about how her baby loved the Soothie. I picked up this cute combo pack and it is the ONLY pacifier my baby has responded to. I would give it 5 stars but she has not yet started to suck on this by herself for longer periods as she is still young and her grip isn't that firm to keep it from falling out. I need to help her by holding it in place.
