Posture Neck Exercising Cervical Spine Hydrator Pump Relief for Stiffness, Relieves Neck Pain

My chiropractor told me to get this. I have had some minor neck issues that have gotten a little worse as I got older. I would get this pain in my neck that would radiate down into my ribcage and shoulder blade. But I was able to gently twist my neck, hear a loud pop, and the pain would instantly be gone. I had a hard time getting it to crack one time and I think I twisted it too hard. I had pain for a while and range of motion probs after that, did PT which was very helpful, but was never able to crack it again to get rid of that pain. That was about 8 years ago. Now, I have been using this posture pump every day. 3 weeks after I bought it, my chiro could feel a difference in my neck. Also, after about a week and a half of use, I was able to crack my neck again after not being able to for several years. My neck doesn't crack as easily as it did 8 years ago before I hurt it, but as continue to use this, it is getting better. As I am laying there using it, it doesn't make sense... it doesn't feel like it's doing anythg... but it really is working for me.

After over 2 years of pain, finally had an MRI. 2 minor disc issues and a straight neck.(Cervical lordosis). I decided to do some research and came up with this. Thought I would give it a try. I am not sure why this works, but it does. I have been using this 1x a day since Sunday and today is Wed. So far so good. I finally have relief. Still have a little pain, but I am thinking if I continue with this modality, I should feel much better. THANK YOU! UPDATE: What a piece of garbage. 1.5 Months after purchase, the bulb has split and it will not deflate anymore. JUNK>

This product is a bit hard to get on without help, at least for me. It did provide relief after a car accident and continued relief for my scoliosis.

Release valve is lack of lack of a better word a piece of junk after three uses, it broke off. The spring inside of it is cheap and because I thought it would be reliable for longer I missed the return window. It’s pretty much a waste of money. Although I will say that while it was usable, it did provide relief, but would’ve liked to use it more than three times

I bought this item after my chiropractor recommended it and I’ve noticed a significant improvement since using. There are stretches/warm ups to do before you work your way up to a full 10 minute stretch and I would highly recommend them as you can hurt yourself if you jump right in. Instructions for use are detailed and easy to follow but I needed help with the head and chin strap in the beginning until I got it down. I probably use this every other day now and have slowly worked my way up to about 5 pumps (adjustable stretch) from 3. It’s helped with my lower back pain and neck issues and along with my neck support pillow I’m doing much better. Would recommend especially if you have kyphosis!

Came with no instructions. The chin strap has a button pop off the first time I used it. Seems to work pretty well otherwise. I used it once with out the chin strap and like how it felt so I am gonna use it but not really sure how it will hold up long term.

I waited for a month to leave a review on this posture corrector. I had been wanting a posture pump but couldn’t really afford it, so I decided to try this one & just see if I’d have any results. Well….it works perfectly & just as well as the posture pump that costs over $300. I see a corrective chiropractor weekly & had X-rays done the week after starting this posture pump, I will have new X-rays done in September to see how things are looking in my neck. I currently am at a 74% loss of my neck curve. I know that I can feel a difference already for sure! So I’m excited to see the progress later this year. If you’re on the fence about trying this, just go for it! I’m glad I did.
