OK so this is my second belt. I had purchased one years ago, and I love this one just as much as I did the first one. I like this belt and totally recommend it to my family and friends. This belt has been a true back saver. The belt is super comfortable, sturdy, and my favorite part light weight. It gives me a lot of support on my lower back and helps with my posture. I am very happy with my purchase.

I like this belt and I can totally recommend to my family and friends. This belt came to save my back. I've been suffering wit a lower back pain for a while and the pain increased since the beginning of the pandemic due to working from home, sitting in front of my computer for most part of the day. The belt is super confortable, easy to clean and light on the weight. It gives me a lot of support on my lower back and helps my posture. I've tried more expenses belts but I am happier whit this one. It was a good choice. Thank you.

I like the width of the belt; it's not so wide that it restricts my movement but it does seem to be the right size for my SI joint problem. I've been wearing it for 9 days and performing doctor directed PT. So far I haven't seen any noticeable pain reduction, but I'm hoping that will come.What I don't like is the end piece velcro that extends to the full width of the strap. Because it is the same width as the material where it attaches, it is difficult to mesh the two perfectly together to keep excess velcro from sticking out on one side or the other. This becomes especially true after wear because the strap wrinkles. This manufacturing defect could easily be resolved by slightly reducing the width of the velcro.

I have had countless types of belts and my job is very physical. I need a belt sometimes for the long shifts at the warehouse. This belt is comfortable under or over your clothing, and light and unobtrusive enough you really won't remember it is on. And the pain management is excellent. You can tighten without it hurting and it is very flexible with the velcro straps and thinner material. Excellent product, will buy again if i start to see a little wear and tear which is inevitable with my job.

I do like this belt. It adjusts well and provides a tight/firm fit or looser if you like. It feels good when I wear it while doing chores etc. I don’t see any real relief from the pain I have after using the belt. What it does is reduce the intense pain I get from bending a certain way, sweeping and other things that irritate my back while I’m doing it. Hope that makes sense. Overall, I’d recommend if you have low back pain as it does support which provides some relief.

I love this brace and have bought two of them but the velcro doesn't last. Now I'm searching for the same type of brace with better velcro closure.I've gotten several braces but most are too cumbersome.

The product is excellent for back and movement support when in motion and sitting. I find it very comfortable and easy to put on when using it. Unfortunately, I had sciatica for the past week, and it provided a substantial amount of pain relief. Still, it did help me move better when I was in pain and help with posture when sitting—overall great product for an individual with an active lifestyle and recommended for those who have issues with posture.
