Sturdy. Adjustable. Belps my calve pain and plantatfiscitis stretch regimen
I have plantar fiscitis and very tight calves so have to stretch several times a day. Used to do stretch on steps but would frequently forget until on my way out. The adjustable height is great. I alternate between second and third tier. (Looks like not much of a pitch but friends who tried changed their opinion as soon as tgey stepped on it) Very solid. And strong. I was iffy about hinges but they are strong. When setting on a higher tier i have to hold onto to door frame or doorknow to keep balance. Definitely better than stretching on steps. Not cheap but it works well for me. Plus its made nicely. I dont have to put it away when people come over. Came in a zipper bag too which my cat claimed as hers. I have seen my cat copy my stretches too. Overall i am glad i bought it. Helps me maintain my stretching regimen as i step on it 30-40 seconds each time i am in the room.

So far, so good!
Bought this at the recommendation of my physical therapist. So far, so good. I particularly appreciate that there was no assembly required! Bottom grip is nice to have--stays put and doesn't scratch my floors. Having 4 tiers of intensity to work with is good--gives me something to work toward as I work to increase flexibility. Easy to use, easy to store out of the way, and meets my needs for PT purposes.

Well made and good value
Product is of high quality and is as described. It can withstand at least a 290lbs former O-lineman using it daily. Highly recommend this tool as part of any daily wellness program

Nice, sturdy, well made.
I have bone spurs on my left heel. Orthopedist recommends that I stretch calves and tendon daily to try to avoid surgery. This is very well made and should last for years. It will definitely work for me.
