These are great, as long as you have the correct expectations from them. I have 2 of these to switch from 2 ps4's and 2 PC's to 2 seperate monitors and they work a treat. no loss of picture or sound, just press the button and commence. I think the problem comes when buyers want to send signals from 1 source to 2 monitors, but that is not why I bought them. Very cheap but very reliable. Recommended.

This works as expected. You place the output cable to the monitor from the single plug and then from your laptop / port replicator / desktop / TV on the dual side. It feels great, those who like tactile buttons this is also good for the crisp click sound and the cool feeling of metal. Then turn on the input and push the button to select which you wish to see and voila, it's the first device that has worked first time and every time (there are others that have been dubious).

Was hoping to use this between my PS5 and my 4K Amazon Firestick. Cannot get a picture on the TV with a Firestick plugged in. Also tried it with my Virgin Tivo box, doesn't work with that either. Eventually plugged in my PC and PS5 with output to TV and it works fine. Picture is very good quality and manually switches over OK. With the chip power in this splitter I think rhe manufacturer could have probably made this auto switching. Overall though, a nice unit if you want to manually switch between a PC and PS5. Avoid if you are wanting to switch between a TV Box or Firestick signal as it just distorts picture.

Bought this as have multiple consoles and rather than swapping cables about all the time could easily switch between them , and does exactly what needed . If there's a gripe it's having to manually switch the hdmi over with the touch of a button ,unless I'm doing something wrong but no issues to myself as for what I use it for I need to get up and grab some other bits then just click the button. Seems to be no loss on picture quality or latency , no real set up required pretty much plug and play. Feels quality and sturdy , have zero issues at all and would recommend for a cheap solution.

Didn't work for what I needed. When connecting my Xbox to monitor, it only allowed it to do so at the lowest resolution, so useless to me.

Absolutely love this piece of kit. My son accidently smashed his smart tv so until after xmas hes on a smaller older tv .theres only 1 hdmi port on this tv but he needs 2 for his console and virgin box i typed in hdmi splitter on amazon. Ive never used 1 before so decided on the cheapest 1 i could see that would be delivered the quickest and this 1 was the winner . Once it arrived the next day i set it up and for me gadgets are the best thing in the world . With just a press of the button the tv changed from console to virgin box. Absolutely love it and so does my son. You can buy ones with remotes for you lazy people but for cheapness and effectiveness this ones perfect.... word of warning when buying this make sure you have a spre of buy an extra hdmi cable ad this doesnt come with 1

I gave this 5 stars for Picture, Ease of Install and Ease of Use. It is well made and feels good. Nicely packed too. So why 3 stars ? Because it can't support what I need. I wanted to connect two lesser used sources to one TV input. A legacy Nintendo Wii and a Windows 10 laptop (for Skype calls). The Wii already has a little adapter to give an HDMI output instead of the legacy Composite Video. Direct HDMI works just fine. However, when connected to this switch, the power required for both items is just too much and the Wii shuts down protectively. For the laptop, this has been used with direct HDMI for years with no problems but when routed through the switch the video is fine but there is no sound from the TV speakers. The reason is that the TV and Laptop cannot communicate through the switch and the Laptop cannot "see" the TV speakers as a device for sound output. The 'cure' for this is an expensive box (>£100) to copy special (EDID) information from the TV to the laptop. So - both intended sources will not work as required via the switch which spells the end for the ambition of connecting them to the TV. For me, the answer is a return of the item for refund and a continuation of simply unplugging one thing and plugging in the other when required . Not elegant but cheap and trouble free.

Der Switch hat meine Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt und verdient ohne Zweifel 5 Sterne! Die Installation war kinderleicht. Dank des integrierten 1-Meter-Kabels konnte ich den Splitter direkt an meinen PC-Monitor anschließen, ohne ein zusätzliches Kabel zu benötigen. Das spart nicht nur Platz, sondern auch Geld. Ich habe meine Nintendo Switch und einen Amazon Fire TV Stick mit dem Splitter verbunden und kann nun problemlos zwischen den beiden Geräten umschalten. Die Bildqualität ist dabei fantastisch: Gestochen scharf, ohne jegliche Verzögerung oder Qualitätsverlust. Das Aluminiumgehäuse wirkt sehr hochwertig und robust. Man merkt, dass hier nicht gespart wurde und das Produkt für eine lange Nutzungsdauer ausgelegt ist. Der Switch-Knopf zum Umschalten zwischen den Geräten ist ebenfalls gut verarbeitet und reagiert sofort. Alles in allem ist dieser HDMI Splitter die perfekte Lösung für alle, die mehrere HDMI-Geräte an einem einzigen Monitor oder Fernseher betreiben möchten. Er funktioniert einwandfrei, liefert eine hervorragende Bildqualität und ist dazu noch sehr einfach zu bedienen. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Ho acquistato questo switch/splitter della GANA e dopo averlo utilizzato in più configurazioni sono davvero soddisfatto. Cosa mi è piaciuto La versatilità: posso collegare due dispositivi HDMI (ad esempio PS5 e decoder) a una sola porta TV, oppure usare la modalità inversa (1 in → 2 out) quando serve. La descrizione lo definisce “2 in 1 out o 1 in 2 out”. Supporta 4K @ 60Hz, il che è perfetto per immagini nitide su TV o monitor moderni. Il corpo in alluminio (o comunque ben realizzato) dà una sensazione di qualità e stabilità. Facilità d’uso: Plug & Play, niente driver complicati, cambio di input semplice e veloce. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: considerata la funzione e il prezzo accessibile, è un “upgrade” intelligente per chi ha più sorgenti HDMI o vuole una soluzione flessibile. Qualche nota “migliorabile” Il cambio di input non è automatico in tutti i casi: magari serve premere il pulsante fisico o scollegare/ricollegare la sorgente — se si cerca automazione totale, va considerato. Sebbene i materiali siano buoni, non è un dispositivo “top di gamma” per uso professionale broadcast: per esigenze da studio ultra-professionale potrebbe esserci qualcosa di ancora superiore. In presenza di lunghezze di cavo HDMI molto elevate o ambienti molto complessi, conviene comunque verificare la qualità del segnale (ma per uso domestico comune è più che adeguato). Conclusione In sintesi, consiglio questo GANA HDMI Switch/Splitter a chi ha bisogno di gestire più dispositivi HDMI in modo semplice, senza complicazioni, e desidera una soluzione compatta e funzionale per TV, console, PC o monitor. Per quello che offre — versatilità, 4K, costruzione solida — lo valuterei 5 stelle senza riserve.

Si tratta di un piccolo switch HDMI bidirezionale che supporta segnali fino a 2160p a 60Hz. Nella confezione è incluso anche un cavo HDMI che ho apprezzato. Il corpo principale è in metallo ed è presente un tasto centrale per il cambio di segnale, mentre un piccolo led blu indica qual è la porta attualmente attiva. Si può utilizzare con un dispositivo alla volta ed è possibile collegare una sorgente a due schermi differenti o utilizzarlo in modalità inversa e collegare due diverse sorgenti ad un unico pannello. Rende facile spostarsi tra i segnali e preserva gli ingressi HDMI dei nostri dispositivi evitando continue connessioni e disconnessioni. L'ho provato con sorgente a 2160p 60Hz con un cavo da 5 metri e il segnale è arrivato senza disturbi in entrambe le direzioni. A differenza di molti altri modelli non è necessaria alcuna alimentazione aggiuntiva, e finora non mi era mai capitato che uno switch di questo tipo funzionasse bene in 4K. Una piacevole sorpresa che consentirà di evitare ulteriori ingombri elettrici. Nulla di negativo da segnalare, funziona bene, è compatto, semplice e di alta qualità. Al momento viene proposto a 20€ insieme al cavo HDMI e lo considero un prezzo più che onesto.
