Heritage Store Castor Oil, 32 Ounce

I have been using this bottle for more than a year now and will last a couple of months more. This is the best castor oil I have used until now. It helps with hair growth and prevents hair loss. Before going to bed, I apply it on my eyebrows eyelashes stomach (around the navel), top of my scalp, below my feet and then lightly massage my face with it. It helps to sleep deeply and my face glows in the morning. I use it with a carrier oil like coconut oil or olive oil or mustard oil to massage my head and body . The result is soft hair and skin. The oil when applied on stomach gives relief from tummy pain and gas problems. This oil is hexane free and can be ingested too though I have not yet done so. I am reading up more about castor oil poultices and will update my review after using them.
