Opened package and missing items
I ordered 5 boxes, but unfortunately, two of them arrived in an opened state with chocolates missing. I had sent these as a gift to my family, and because my elderly parents opened them immediately, we were unable to capture photos or videos of the condition upon arrival. Very disappointed with the quality control.
