I love this treadmill! Its exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something low profile, portable, and a good price. This winter I've been a bit of a couch potato and I just wanted something to get me up and moving. This is perfect! Its not for training for a marathon but its perfect for getting your ass off the couch, lol. You can chose from a casual walk to a speed walk. Its the perfect length and width for walking and it was a good price. I've shopped for months for a treadmill that fit the bill and this more than exceeded my expectations! Also, its literally plug and play!

I had ordered this product last year, and received a defective one. Fortunately, the company was super apologetic and with their excellent customer service skills, took the feedback kindly and offered to help me obtain a new one! They seemed to have updated the machines and I just received my new one, it is fantastic! I use it for travel purposes to help with my circulation and joint problems, and it is just what I need! I amgrateful to the company for taking responsibility of the situation, and turning it around to create a satisfied customer!!

WAS very happy with this purchase until about a month ago when it started making really loud noises. Have only had it since July. Amazon said 3 months was up and to contact seller. Contacted company told me to do a few things, which i did, didn't work. Said they would send me the part to fix it. Umm no. Told me to go back to Amazon to see if they would refund/replace because they are not in the county and cannot fix. Went back to Amazon said they would help but have not heard anything. Very disappointed just want it replaced😡

Initially I had a problem with this treadmill and was not looking forward to the hassle of returning it. The merchant was super-quick to respond and make things right. I am very impressed with the seller's service and care for the customer. Also, Amazon responded right away, so even if the merchant hadn't done anything I still would have been okay.As for the treadmill itself, I am so glad I could keep it and it works. I am able to walk intermittently all day (usually between 6 and 12 miles a day) and I have lost 11 pounds in a month. I wanted to get this for my cholesterol so I could avoid medication, so I will know if that works next month when I get tested. I'm certain it'll be lower.The noise isn't bad at all--i make phone calls while I'm walking even at higher settings. Its great if you are dealing with a compact space. Hope this thing lasts a long time, as it's been great for my health.

I just received this today. The design is amazing. It is space saving machine. The aesthetics of it is that of clean lines. It feels very sturdy. The package was not bulky. It was easy to place it out of the box. However, I don't know if its working or not, I just turned it on to test it out. And it sounds like when a toy is running out of batteries. As if it needed batteries. This is not a battery operated machine, its a 3 prong plug. It is barely going. It is extremely slow even at the highest setting. This is not even a brisk walk. I am assuming this is literally a machine for under the desk. But even then its extrmely slow. I think I felt like I was pushing it with my own legs. I'm very disappointed because I am so ready to get healthy and this was my chance to start asap. The remote works well. One of the numbers within the digital display is not working, its cut off. I'm posting a picture. I am probably going to return this item. Sad.

its well priced, but it's really loud while walking and trying to do work. also, its a pretty narrow walking surface

I sue this under my standing desk. love that I can walk while I work.

I never ever write reviews, but this Treadmill is AMAZING. It is perfect for a small space or if you have a standing desk. I have already told a few of my friends about it.It is easy to use and has enough support to run barefoot.
