Disappointing initially, but a first class customer service response subsequently.
UPDATED RATING - from 1 to 5 stars.I wrote my original feedback below and did not expect much from the seller. However, they were quick to respond, stating they had checked with the manufacturer and indeed the back up thermometer was set to Fahrenheit only. An apology, offered a full refund or another forehead/ear thermometer to act as my backup and even a little gift by way of an apology for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but this is the kind of customer service that should be recognised. Thank you.I chose this over others as it had good ratings and included a small traditional thermometer as a backup. The main ear/forehead thermometer works albeit with variations as described by the manufacturer. However the small backup thermometer is tied permanently to Fahrenheit. It clearly has the capacity to display in centigrade but I defy anyone to decipher how from the instructions and successfully change. Even if you follow the very poorly written instructions it cannot be changed. Disappointing. If sent to Europe, default to centigrade. I'm returning out of principle.

2 in 1 for cheaper price then competitors
Thermometer was quick ans easy to use. The size of it was very apt to use. It gives instant reading for both body and items. Very Clear display. Temperature font is very clear and big enough to read from distance too. Very accurate reading. I will recommend it to anyone. It displays the image of ear and head to say if its a forehead reading or ear temperature. It comes with tongue thermometer which can be used as alternative. Very easy and comfotable to use.

convenient, accurate and good follow up service
very good Thermometer, great for my little kids who never stay still to test the temperature. Chose it also because it can be done both forehead and ear, which gives me more confidence. This one reacts very quick and accurate.The service is also good , I received a email from the vendor to introduce several tips of this thermometer. Happy with the purchase.

Necessary essential for babies
My son has been unwell a lot recently coz of the cold weather. I then realized a thermometer is not enough. So I bought a second one. The pack comes with batteries which is a pleasant surprise. Tested and worked. Reading is clear and I like the color display. Not sure about the accuracy yet but with 2 thermometers in the house, things can't go wrong.

Good value for money
The thermometer seems to read consistently slightly on the low side but this is fine if adjusted for. Not very easy to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit but easy to use and easy to read display. I dropped it on a hard floor and it stopped working but then started working fine again when I reinstalled the batteries. Would recommend

This should have been on my baby gift list!
I should have bought this 6 years ago when I had my first child! I always found it a mission taking a toddler's temperature. This is one of those items that makes life easier! It's super quick and accurate.

So easy to use
We love this product! We bought this thermometer because the forehead one we had wasn’t working properly. It’s so easy to use. You just need to put the batteries(which is also included in the package) in and press the start button. It will automatically stwich to the ear mode as soon as you take off the lid. It takes approximately two seconds to give the readings which is very helpful when you have a one year old! Overall, we think it’s definitely good value for money.
