Packaging is very good. Takes time to mix which is definitely okay. Best time to take is before going to bed. Keeps me full all night. I am having a greater deep sleep and good muscle recovery.

Amazing Results !!! Worth a Try
I wanted to try Casein and there casein was a little cheaper in price compared to ON & Dymatize so got an opportunity to try it. Trust me I have been lifting for 4 years but I was witnessing fat loss before but after 5 days of using this casein I am feeling some muscularity as well. As if I am gaining some muscle as well during my fat loss. Go for it. Worth a try. It is a thick shake and keeps you full for a longer time.The only problem I see is the packaging. That could be improved. They can get zipper packets for it. Or you can transfer it into some of your previous empty protien jar
