Followed the manual, it was smooth no problems found perfect for all song I needed to listen to, it was also good to listen to in the car.

I bought two of these one for me and one for my wife's vehicle. I installed mine first so I learn how to use it so I could show her. It just kept power cycling. Tried troubleshooting steps, no deal. I would just keep displaying Welcome on the screen and then I would hear "Bluetooth Mode" over the radio and then it would power down. After ten minutes I tossed that one back into it's box and just figure I got a bad unit. Opened the second one and it worked right out of the box. Used it for two days and then it started that same crap. It would repeatedly display Welcome, followed by connecting, I would see it connect to my phone and hear "Bluetooth Mode" over the radio and then it would power down and then power back up. I tried the unit in both vehicles and on two phones, so it isn't the power from the vehicles (which read on average 13.7v) or the Galaxy Note 8 or my old S5. Use with caution. I will not buy again.However the technical POC via Amazon was very helpful, but the troubleshooting steps did not fix the unit. They sent me a third unit, but I'm not going to even bother. I will look for a different unit made by a different company.

The accessory power outlet in my SUV is located in the center console which is not easily accessible and also needs to remain closed while driving. Due to this I cannot use Bluetooth Transmitter's that sit flush in the power outlet. This transmitter works very well for me since I can mount the display on my air vent with the holder for easy access while it is connected to the power outlet with the available long wire. And as long as the Bluetooth on my phone is enabled it connects automatically to the transmitter as soon as start the car. The button is large enough to operate while driving without having to look at it to answer an incoming call. Now I can listen to music from my phone and automatically connect to an incoming phone call with 1 click.The sound quality is good enough for me but may not be up to the mark for audiophile's.

This is the best Bluetooth connector I've had so far. Unlike others, this transmitter is connect to the charger hole so no worries for running out of battery. The instructions are very understandable, very easy to use. I like how I can choose whichever FM and set it as my Bluetooth channel. It also connects with my iPhone pretty fast. Love it very much!

Purchased this for my wife, it worked decent for about 3 months. Then one day when it turns on it say Bluetooth connected over and over..I did a factory reset, then it worked until the car power cycled again..then it was again in a endless loop.I sent 2 requests to the Manufacturer Elegiant, 0 reply. I went ahead and purchased a different typre of FM transmitter.I have read in other reviews regarding this problem, so this looks to be a common issue.Buyer Beware, there apperently no warranty support for this product.

Since the air-vent clip in my this car 05 TSX is close to the stereo the sound is actually quite good, not quite radio quality but for the price, I can't complain at-all. I kept the factory radio but added a navi in the bottom-bin w/ a dedicated speaker for it, this device doesn't interfere with any other device operating in my car.

I have a Samsung phone and this works great for playing music from my phone to the car speakers - no interference or problems. If I get a call while playing music it does a great job of answering the call and my family can hear me clearly as I can them. It will interfere with the regular car radio while it is on though so I can't leave it on in case I get a call but I try not to talk on my phone while driving anyway and mainly wanted this for the playing music from my phone.

I like this product because it was pretty easy to set up and use. The audio is very good quality with no interference. I also like the additional 2 USB ports on the power block. It is small enough not to intrude on the dash board or air vents. overall i am very pleased with the product. I mostly use it for streaming music.
