3800mAhbattery lasts longer than stock BL-8 2800mAh batteryI use on Btech MURS-V1 and my Btech GMRS-V1 radio & they Fit perfectly and work great on themThey look similar (almost identical) to the battery used on a Baofeng UV-5xtp tripower 8/4/1 watt radio (which self-identifies in CHIRP as a UV8HP)BUT they don't fit that radio exactly correctly, but sort of work on it if you force it so the electrical connectors meet up it works, BUT the battery tends to push outward from that radio BECAUSE the 4 little plastic tabs on the batteries that fit inside the radio's grooves are smaller than the UV-5xtp battery and don't make it into the grooves to hold the battery tight to the radio, the geometry is off so the battery can fall outI bought two of these and both are the same.

Great product. Fits perfectly. Description says twice the capacity of original 1,800 mAh battery but my original is 2,800 mAh, so I don't get double the life but am certainly happy with the extended performance I get with the extra 1,000 mAh in this 3,800 mAh pack. Would definitely purchase again.

I wish the original radio came with these batteries. Good value. Battery life is pretty good. I used to get almost 13 hours use from the original small battery and now I know these last around 20 - 22 hours depending on how loud the volume is set and how much it's used.

Lasts ALOT longer and is very efficient. Yes indeed, I'm purchasing more for my other radios and Go Kit!!!!
