Toho One-G Thread, Assortment 1-12 50 Yard Bobbins

I work with longer pieces of thread for most of my beading projects and with other nylon thread the Twisties kill me, and my production time. This thread works great, especially if you give it a little tug to help straighten it. Colors are super versatile as well. I feel all my project color palettes are covered.

When I first started beading, I had Super Lon thread which I was using for micro-macrame. However, for beaded ornaments, I found this thread was better as it didn't break when pulled on and had little fraying (only at the needle). It's easy to tie off and so far, doesn't break. I will note that I moved to Firewire for necklaces/bracelets as it's more a non-natural thread (like a thin fishing line): thought it might stand less of a chance to break. But I do like this thread very much: will purchase individual spools when I run out. BTW: This seller's price is the lowest I found, including those on etsy.

I have never used this thread before this. A little expensive bur amazon seems to have best pricing that I have found. I have been a wildfire thread user for years but the colors are limited. I thought I’d try something new. So far I really like it. Though A few problems I have noticed. Easier to sew thru ( thread splitting… not a good thing with bead embroidery or bead weaving) and it also tangles more easily than than the wildfire thread. I also have more trouble threading the needles with this thread than I do with the wildfire. The smashing the end of wildfire with pliers trick doe NOT work with this thread. I am hoping the more I use it the easier it will get.

I have used fireline since I started beading and was unhappy with sight of thread running thru my projects. This thread comes in many colors and is almost invisible . I wax it and find fewer tangles than fireline. It threads through the needle easily. It is less expensive than fireline. Very pleased with this product.

It’s sturdy and I love the colors. It’s not as thick as maybe Fireline or wildfire but it’s more substantial than just thread.

Quede muy contenta con mi compra, la variedad de colores es muy linda el hilo tiene buena calidad. Yo los uso para tejer cuentas de la marca miyuki (delicas11/0) y los trabajos quedan muy lindos con un buen acabado. El precio me parece justo ya que son 12 bobinas de hilo. Gracias Amazon por vender este tipo de productos.
