I bought these knee caps to help me with knee pain and muscle cramps. They helped a lot in this regard. In fact, I had to wear them only for 5 days and my pain was gone. Easy to wear, these knee caps measure exactly what is promised. The rubberized grooves inside the upper edges help in keeping the knee caps in place and prevent them from rolling down. My only complaint is that these grooves leave imprints on the skin. And when taken off causes lots of itching and redness in the area. That is why I am taking a star off. Hope the manufacturer improves the quality of the product in the future.

I have been looking this my whole life time. A perfect knee support... Breathable.... Gives ample pressure according to your workout. Greater mobility. . Does not stall your knee like wraps or other market supports. It gives you a greater mobility at the same time providing necessary support during Squats, Deadlift, running, etc.... it's very comfortable and perfectly stitched now I can workout without any worries and it helps in strengthening the legs.I just need elbow support for a perfect workout outfit and I like this product material it feels nice to the skin(very soft).cost is ok but Amazon cashback I got so it value for money deal for me.Run faster and safer.Thanks for reading to all gym, workout and runners.

So finally I got knee support which are awesome, totally value for money, good n really comfortable while working out n didn't even slip or roll down which impress me most. Either you do treadmill or squats 😊😊😊😊😊😊 just be careful while choosing ur size coz it matters a lot.

After chk all reviews i ordered 2 pices and use almost a week but after first washing i can see it ll be like a duplicate item ( because it's torn from 2-3 side ) orginal products naver torn or colour will vanish !!!

Product is really good it's as described in specification it really helps me in compression of my knee but after a usage of month I found the grip was not as it was earlier may be because my mobility is very high while wearing knee support. Later when I washed it I found the same compression so no need to worry about quality it's awesome. I had a sports injury and this support cap is really helpful for me. I recommend to all if you are planning to for support cap believe me this is best I have tried other's also but Hykes really works for your requirement.Yes if you talk about pricing it should be little cheaper , as compare with other available brands it's fair economical.
