Not sure if it's really helped or not. No drastic changes yet, but I know it may take a bit more time. I'm also on insulin which tends to make fat loss a bit more difficult.

I guess there is too much caffeine in this bill because I get chest pains when I take it. I have tried taking it at different times of the day but am going to try taking it after a meal to see if that works better.

This came quicker than expected and well packaged including cotton to stoppi g capsules from rattling preventing breaking open. I have taken the capsules as prescribed and have had no health issues. I have had no jitters from caffeine.

I have been taking these pills with the expectation of loosing weight but I haven't lost 1 pound. I wonder if it is a placebo drug. I am greatly disappointed and would advise others not to purchase this.
