I have spells of upper side pain which I always attributed to gallbladder problems and I would take a couple doses of olive oil for which helped. But the spells were coming more often and I have a fatty liver and decided to try milk thistle. I like Andrew Lessman's products because of the quality and safety care that goes into them. These capsules are wonderful! No more spells at all! I ran out one time for a little while and I got the pain again. Needless to say, I will be taking these from now on. Thank you Andrew Lessman.
