These taste delicious, but they caused me to have excessive bloating, cramping and gas. I thought I was getting sick, but realized it was from taking these. After dealing with the side-effects, I did read that prebiotics can cause all these issues. My advice is that if you try these, start out by taking just one per day or one every other day until your body gets used to them. I won't be purchasing again.

These are awesome. Taste great & they will help you go to the bathroom. I take them before bed because the prebiotics cause "bloating" at least for me they do. Haha.
