Feels different than expected

My husband has snored since we have been together, and nothing really seems to help. It's not so severe that I can't fall asleep every night, but it does frequently wake me up. Usually I tell him to roll over and stop sleeping on his back, but that usually makes him cranky since it wakes him up. These are so much better than any mouth piece or nasal strip. The pack comes with two different nose dilators, a soft rubber variety and a harder plastic variety with slits. The plastic kind is to help prevent any unwanted things going in your nose, while the rubber is more for comfort. Either way, every snorer should find a dilator that fits their needs.

These help a lot with keeping my nose airway open so that I can breathe while sleeping. I have a lot of allergies and even with medicines i need the extra help.
