It hasn't been a cure-all for me (not that I was expecting it would be); but I am nevertheless pleased with the outcome.

I had breast cancer, then a complete hysterectomy. The night sweats and hot flashes were awful. I couldn't take anything with hormones in it and my dr put me on Black Cohosh. It helped some, but also didn't react well with my stomach. This has been working much better, but don't expect it to work overnight. It takes about 3 - 5 weeks to really kick in, so give it a chance. It has gotten rid of the night sweats and reduced my hot flashes significantly. Enough that I am ordering a second bottle. I think it has even helped me sleep a little better. Be sure you drink enough water when you swallow the pill, it has a really bad after taste in your esophagus if you don't get it down with enough water. I take one in the morning and one at night, both after eating something and that has worked best for me.

I bought this product as it is all natural, WOW! I have been having nightmares since I have started taking it, something in the product is not good..I stopped taking it and no nightmares! Back to square one and still suffering. Can't return it, says too late, money wasted.

Well I received it, nothing happened yet, I received it two days ago, I will continue to take them, and hope it works....

This has changed my life! I just recently went into early perimenopause and began having severe insomnia, memory loss, hot flashes and very low libido. I thought I'd try a supplement and this is the answer (at least for me). Hot flashes stopped, I wake up and can get up without feeling like death, falling asleep faster (may or may not be from this as I also found a prescription for my insomnia) and my libido has improved drastically - and in only a few days on this. I'm very happy I found this and didn't have to try other supplements first!
