I love this journal. I chose the white one. It’s has a subtle beautiful design. It’s a soft leather that’s comfortable in the hand. I appreciate the amount of paper in the journal but wish there was a way to refill the paper. The pen holder is loose which I didn’t like but found a resolve. I cut two slits in the back of the pen holder by placing a piece of cardboard in the holder and using a box knife to cut the slits. I then ran the tie through the holder. I chose the placement of the pen holder to be on the inside cover but you can choose otherwise. This way the pen holder doesn’t get misplaced. Otherwise this is a great journal.

This journal is truly magnificent! It came in a custom maroon box, wrapped in plastic, and was undamaged. The leather is worth more than the 20-something dollars I paid for it - seriously! It has a gorgeous custom lotus engraved on the front, and inside has what looks like “aged” paper (just my style!). Also, the pen holder has the word “love” engraved on it. There was no detail left out with this journal and it’s delivery. One of the best (maybe even the best) journals I have ever purchased in 20 years of journaling!

I ordered this journal simply BC it was white and though I saw the gold drawing written words I wasn't able to make out what it said until I unboxed my journal. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in a white box wrapped tightly in plastic. As I opened it I saw that the gold drawings of the lotus flower, the solid binding of the pages, and the high quality paper I realized quickly that this journal was exactly what I needed to start the new year. This journal is everything a journal should be. It just feels right to write! I recommend this journal to anyone wanting to be inspired. It's high quality and sturdy. I will be ordering another TWO very soon just in case it's discontinued BC I love it so much.

I absolutely love this journal. This is the second product that I've ordered from this company (I received a tea infuser from them a couple months ago that I loved as well) and I am hooked! The look and feel of their products as well as the beauty and elegance of the packaging makes them stand out in my mind amongst other vendors.This journal comes in a lovely gift box with gold, sacred geometry accents. Like the last product I received from them, it comes with a card that has a sweet note on one side and a 10% off coupon for upcoming orders on the back. It also comes with a matching leather pen case, which is a really nice touch. The journal itself has a soft but sturdy leather feel, a wrap-to-close leather cord as well as flower-of-life branding on the opening flaps and on the tip of the leather cord. Protective gloss pages sit on the front and back of the natural-colored writing pages, and have a similar gold sacred geometry designs as the front of the box. The binding is super sturdy brown cotton cord, which is good because this journal has A LOT of pages.The overall look, texture and smell of this journal is so lovely-- its just begging you to write in it! I was very impressed with this product and plan to re-order it for Christmas gifts! It comes in 3 colors and could fit the fancy of any writer.

We love this journal. It's just beautiful. The stitched design on the front cover is stunning. This is a gift for my husband to use to keep important work information in. He just loves it. I purchased the black one for him (reimbursed this is my honest review, 100 % my opinion). It's very masculine and perfect for him. The leather feels very nice. The pen holder is also a perfect add-in to protect a nice pen. The word Sacred is stitched on the penholder case. This is a special handmade journal and it is very well made and luxurious to use. It also comes with some ribbons embedded to bookmark pages. This is a great journal my husband can keep for work that he can use to have easy access to important information he will use repeatedly such as phone numbers, lists, plans, passwords, and inspirational quotes. We are very happy with this journal and I would buy it again. It really makes a perfect gift for a man (or a woman) for work or for pleasure. The design is so classy and perfect for work too, way better than a boring old cardboard notepad. I totally recommend buying it. It comes in a very attractive sturdy box allowing for careful protective storage for the journal. It can easily be slipped into a briefcase. Please note the pages are not replaceable.

I bought this journal for a good friend. Took it to a custom shop and got her name and a bible verse engrave into it. The leather is very nice and a great quaity same as the paper inside. I use ball pin to right a letter inside and you can't see the writing on the other side of the paper. The only reason i didn't give it a 5 star is because you can't replace the paper without taking it apart.

This journal is so beautiful! I received my item very quickly. I ordered two, this brown one and a white one. The brown one I ordered for my husband and he absolutely loved it. He was amazed at the quality of it. First off it comes in a nice box! The journal has an antique look to it and the pages are well bound. It comes with what looks like a pen holder. The journal itself has a nice design that is pressed in (not just printed on) and it is kept closed with a leather string, which adds character. Its a pretty fancy journal. I've ordered other items from this seller/company and everything I receive is always nicely packaged and the quality is great.

It’s beautiful but the pen holder is hard to keep attached. It also hard to right on the left side pages but will improve the further into the journal you write.
