Did not work well with oils
I wanted this because I make 40-60 oil capsules a month, however the unit did not work well when I tested it out. I am thankful I tested it without wasting oils - I used olive oil as a test. The capsules did not remain in tack and I did use the correct size. Customer service was excellent, I returned the product and was promptly refunded.

The orange plate must go the right way to prevent breaking all your capsules.
The fact that the plates are labeled in another language it made things a bit tough to begin.We had to look up videos and learn how to use because there wasn’t much info in box.Once we learned how to use product and proper way the orange plate went, things got a lot easier.Biggest problem was learning how to use orange plate as it is the biggest component of connecting the tops and bottoms and if it is upside down, you will break a lot of capsules.

Pretty simple.
As was recommended by another reviewer, I watched a YouTube video in order to figure this out completely. It works great! I feel like I am getting faster each time. The only glitch is that the instructions have different colored plates, while my pieces all the same color. Not a big problem.

High quality and efficient.
Worked efficiently. In box instructions not thorough enough, so I headed over to YouTube. There are plenty of fabulous videos to walk you through the process step by step and the product came through perfectly.

Capsule holder and filler
Perfect! Filled capsules with Moringa powder. The trays made it all so easy. Did it one by one without trays before they arrived and what a mess. TRAYS = Everything neat and clean, easy to use. Excellent visuals with written directions made the process even easier. Thanks much!! I will be ordering more capsules soon.
