Got this kennel for a dog with separation anxiety. He absolutely destroyed his last cage, so I had to get one with a bit more heft. This cage performs admirably. It is very solid and was easy to assemble.Some of the hardware does not match. I was shipped a bolt with a nut that was slightly too big, and the latches function well, but they need spring tension to stay closed. This dog is Jurassic Park Raptor levels of clever, so loose locks won't do. I was able to double up some small rubber bands and slip them over the lock components, and that works fine, so it's an easy fix. Some small springs would be a more permanent solution.Overall, I am happy with the purchase, and I have already recommended the cage to a friend in a similar situation.

It's an amazing dog cage! I could hardly move the box when carton arrived at my house. The weight marked on the package is 110pounds. This is my second purchase. My neighbor saw me in the yard installing this dog cage. She also liked the dog cage, and wants me to get one for her dog. I tried to find similar heavy dog cages in Home Depot and local hardware and retail stores, but couldn't find one. Finally, I found the real heavy dog cage I wanted. Its main frame material is 2cm X 2cm! I like this product with wheels, two that lock preventing free rolling. This is a reasonable design. I like the silver locks too for a great locked cage. This product has two doors and the top can be opened as well. Very convenient. Also very easy to clean. A good product worth recommending!

My dog is getting over separation anxiety and shredded through two other cages. This cage is awesome. Well worth the money for peace of mind!

Very strong quality and I put my big 26 pound dog in the crate.It's easy to assemble, the wheels move around the house, and the brakes are convenient.

Very simple installation, it only took about 10 minutes. There are wheels under the cage, which is very convenient to move. The size is just right, suitable for our puppy.

Firstly, let me say that once the item was fully assembled, it will service my needs ... but1. It is not easy to put together. The instructions leave a lot to be desired on what one should do step-by-step.2. (On the cage I was sent) the top piece does not fit into the hinges well, and therefore does not open very easily.3. The cage isn't powdercoated, the finish on the piece (a sort of hammered metal finish) peels and chips easily - and I worry about the possibility of my dogs eating the paint chips, as no detail is provided as to the type of paint used and any hazards.4. For the price, I would have hoped that the finished product would have been a bit more high-end looking. The screws (which do not match the color of the hammered metal finish of the crate) stick out from the back, showing the nut and screw threads - and the color stands out from the rest of the crate.5. It says "heavy duty" but I worry that it will be easy to bend the thin gauge, hollow tubing. In trying to get the thing together, the simple effort of lighting hammering the hinges together and having the top still not fit left the hinge assembly and one of the tubes bent beyond repair.It's better than the smaller wire crates I've purchased in the past, and there's no way that my French Bulldog is going to be able to eat the plastic liner (which isn't plastic, by the way, but a light weight metal painted in the same hammered finish); but it isn't easy to put together, aesthetically it leaves a lot to be desired, and there were few quality controls before it was boxed up as the lid to mine is essentially useless because of the poor fit.I won't be sending it back - as it's too troublesome to take apart and find a box to send it back in ... but you may want to look a little further before you choose this one - unless you're fine with spending $100+ on something that's just "ok".
