We tried several boil and bite mouthguards for my son, and this was our last attempt before resorting to an expensive custom order. Thankfully, this one works great, and I think the secret to a better fit is that the moldable material on this piece extends higher over the ridge of the gums than the other brands we tried. That makes for a more secure fit. In fact, the directions have you press onto the top of your gums for the majority of the fitting process.We followed the boiling tip by another review that said to simmer with 200 degree boil, instead of a hotter, full rolling boil that some people complained melted their product, and that was plenty hot for a good fit.He can speak clearly, breath, and isn’t gagged like he was with other brands. The fangs only show when he smiles. All in all we’re very happy with this guard.

This Venum Predator Mouthguard is exactly what my son needed for his MMA training. It's tough, fits well, and looks pretty cool too.The quality is top-notch. It's clearly designed for serious training, and I feel much better knowing he's protected during sparring and drills.He says it's comfortable to wear and doesn't interfere with his breathing or speech too much. Plus, the black and blue colorway is pretty awesome.If you're looking for a high-quality mouthguard for your MMA athlete, I highly recommend the Venum Predator.

This mouthguard offers excellent value for its price point, exhibiting high-quality materials and construction. The preparation process is straightforward, and the design is aesthetically pleasing.

Stops teeth grinding from weight lifting and cracked teeth from combat sports. My brother and I do Muay Thai and BJJ so there is a lot of direct and indirect head attacks which can cause your upper and lower jaw to collide with high force so this is a must buy for said sports. Easy to set and pretty dang cheap too, only issue I have to far is that bottom portion of the mouth guard wears away so I had to cut it out, but it's still functional otherwise. Good buy

The best mouthgaurd on the market

The media could not be loaded. Just received the Venum Predator mouth guard, and it looks fantastic! It's surprisingly lightweight but feels durable. The fit seems perfect, and I really like the stylish design. The case that comes with it is a nice bonus for storage. Looking forward to trying it out!

After purchasing multiple mouth guards including a UFC mouth guard, this is the one for me. fits perfectly as long as you follow the instructions. 1 little thing though. The mauler gel part's for me are kind of ripping off, but its most likely due to me biting my mouth piece hard. Id give this a solid 8/10.

The colored piece is the only section that form fits. The black outline was a rubber piece that didn't shape to the form of my mouth, and is just entirely too big to use as a guard. I wound up buying and using a less expensive brand. Oh well, at least I have the case...
