Very sturdy, sharp and fits well in my hand (average size). The only drawback is that from the Edge to the Spine, the thickness changes a lot, making it a bit more difficult to cut through larger items with out some good muscle behind it. But I'll take that because of the overall feel & function of this knife. Actually, I bought two of them!

I really didn’t expect the quality I got. I was pretty surprised with how sharp it was. Came in a nice black case that I can use for traveling or moving and it’s definitely worth your money. You really won’t find anything cheaper for the quality

Cuts really well, Love the handle it is easy to grip.I had a tough time cutting sweet potatoes but I feel this may be the case with any knife. As for the meats I think it cut just fine.

I previously purchased this knife and used it part time in a commercial kitchen. It held up well considering the price point so I recently ordered another. This one has the same general design but it seems the company has started to take short cuts. The knife is no longer branded and has no logo and also doesn’t have the laser etching that the previous version had. It also came in an unbranded box and when it arrived the knife was not even in the box but separately in the packing box. Very disappointed.
